: Each and every person in the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery will strive to ensure that people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction will be treated with dignity and respect in their recovery process regardless of the type of addiction, treatment or support.


Robert Wood Johnson Foundation: The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is the nation's leading philanthropy devoted exclusively to health and health care. This website contains information about obtaining grants, lists of national programs, many RWJF publications, and much more.

Connecticut Clearinghouse: The Connecticut Clearinghouse is the state's resource center for information about alcohol, tobacco, other drugs, and related issues affecting mental health and wellness. We are part of Connecticut's Prevention Infrastructure and designated by the national Center for Substance Abuse Prevention as the state's RADAR network center. A program of Wheeler Clinic, the Clearinghouse is funded by the CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

: MATCH is a coalition established in 1995 to help Connecticut's kids stay tobacco free.


CT Prevention Network: Formerly known as CARE, CPN is a network of the state's 13 Regional Action Councils, grassroots organizations working with Connecticut's communities to prevent substance abuse and other addictions.

National Clearinghouse: The National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information's (NCADI) PREVLINE is one of the largest repositories of science based substance abuse prevention, education and policy information on the Internet. Access and order thousands of free federal documents, streaming video and audio, searchable databases, statistical reports and briefs, fact sheets, press releases, e-books, daily news updates and forums. Topics include alcohol (abuse, dependence and alcoholism), tobacco (Synar, cessation, prevention) and illicit illegal drugs (addiction, treatment and health effects).
