Community Mental Health Affiliates’ (CMHA) Substance Abuse Action Council (SAAC) sponsored “A Time of Hope and Recovery,” a free public forum at Workman's AME Zion Church in Torrington on March 23. Attendees heard stories of hope from those in various stages of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and from gambling addiction.
