CMHA’s Substance Abuse Action Council (SAAC) was a sponsor of the New Britain Recovery Film Festival, a production of Connecticut Turning to Youth and Families (CTYF) on March 5 at Trinity on Main church in New Britain. The free community event featured youth-produced documentary films, testimonies from people in recovery, and information from collaborating agencies.
