Substance Abuse Action Council of Central Connecticut (SAAC), a division of Community Mental Health Affiliates (CMHA), is a partnership of community members from 14 municipalities advocating on behalf of substance abuse prevention, treatment, and recovery.

SAAC's services include community awareness, prevention, advocacy, and education. Working with communities and their members, we hope to attain our goal of eliminating substance abuse in central Connecticut.
