Welcome to the Substance Abuse Action Council of Connecticut's (SAAC) web site.

Substance Abuse Action Council of Connecticut (SAAC), a division of Community Mental Health Affiliates (CMHA), is a partnership of community members from 14 municipalities advocating on behalf of substance abuse prevention, treatment, and recovery.

SAAC's services include community awareness, prevention, advocacy, and education.

SAAC's mission: "Working together to prevent substance abuse and to promote a substance-free, safe and healthy environment within our communities."
